Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Delivery times vary depending on your area within South Africa.

Digital Course Purchases Course purchases are digital enrolments and do not require shipping. Upon purchase, our team will contact you via WhatsApp or email to confirm your attendance format — online or in-class.

Kit & Product Orders Physical kit and product orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your purchase. Beyond Believe Beauty is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be shared with you where available.
