REFUND POLICY — BEYOND BELIEVE BEAUTY

Kit Orders Refund requests on kit orders must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your order. To request a refund, please contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order number and reason for the request. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Please note that kits may contain items that vary in color, shade, or design from product images — including UV lamps, clipper sets, nail machines, and other equipment. Color and design variations do not constitute grounds for a refund.

Beyond Believe Beauty reserves the right to assess each refund request individually.

Course Orders All course purchases are non-refundable once confirmed. Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before your scheduled course date. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
